Service Description
This package option is designed for clients with a focus on receiving intensive Spinal Flow. A more economical way to book for those requiring on going care. Please note this package has a 3 months expiry and is only available to current clients. Packages are non-refundable or transferrable. On the 12th appointment, we will reassess your progress. Follow up examination and posture screen copy and report.
Cancellation Policy
For new clients: Kusalaflow requests that new clients complete the Initial Intake and Consent Form for Spinal Flow appointment at least 12 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. If you have not completed your intake prior to your appointment you will need to complete it at the beginning of your appointment at the expense of your consultation time. At kusalaflow, we value your time and energy and appreciate your mutual respect for ours and other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice so we have time to schedule another patient.
